The front desk staff was unfriendly. The room is small and dated. No upgrad, nor an offer. Had to pay for parking. No VIP treatment despite nearly $400 for one night. Very disappointing

The room was extremely noisy. The hallway had no buffer when people came through. You could hear the whole conversation people above walking like elephants. It was extremely noisy. People on both sides kept bumping the wall very noisy place. It needs some insulation. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The view was nice. The front desk was OK but could be a little friendlier.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire property felt well-maintained. The location is perfect—close to everything we needed, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Front desk staff had attitude la and when you had a question acted like you were bothering them. Told us there was a door in the parking lot to get to lobby went out the door to get luggage and couldn’t get back in had to walk all the way around to the front to get in when I told them the door wouldn’t open there response was we know it’s broken but you still advised people to park on that side
