This two story villa is a delightful spacious and airy home which invites peaceful relaxation. It is minutes away from all the fun, activity and excitement that one could wish for! Whether it is the many theme park attractions, golf courses, airboat rides or just a swim in the pool.

Our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Lake Wilson Preserve, a quiet community of villas designed to be perfect vacation homes. The massive south-facing pool deck with a beautiful blue in-ground pool and heated spa, backs onto the preserved native woodland making it one of the most desirable locations you could find. The sheltered exit from the house to the pool deck has a lovely eating area shaded from the sun and a full bathroom with a stand up shower, for washing off after your swim. Should you want to heat the pool and spa, it can be done at an additional cost.

The enormous master bedroom has a tiled walk-out balcony looking out onto the lush forest. The bed is king-size, and the addition of a sofa makes a comfy reading nook at one end of the room. The full on-suite bathroom has an additional soaker-tub. Two other bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the upper floor. The fourth bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen-size bed and adjacent full bathroom. The garage is where you will find the game room.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be close to Reunion Resort Golf Course. An outdoor pool, 1 hot tub and laundry facilities are available. The villa includes amenities such as free WiFi and a private pool.

Home away from home

We enjoyed the property! My teenage daughter and I were in town for a competition. It was close to the venue, close to the Disney Parks, but still had the accessibility as if you were at home. Local shopping, fast food, etc. Neighborhood was peaceful. We spent some time outside relaxing. Plenty of room inside and out

We had a very good stay here the only thing is the pool did give 2 of my kids pink eye in both eyes and its really bad but other then that it was a very nice place nice rooms nice neighborhood

Loved the proximity to the parks, grocery stores etc. The owners Christine and John were very nice, fair and quick to respond to any questions. The property could use a few upgrades and some TLC which is not the fault of the owners, its the cleaning company. The pool was wonderful and we loved the lanai. They provided the cutest floaties and pool toys. Lounge pillows need to be replaced due to mold etc. Otherwise, great stay!

Great rental!!

This property was great!! Very spacious and clean. Had a great time with the game room. There was a problem with the pool heat, but the property owners were on top of it and fixed it in less than 12hrs. We will definitely rent here again if it is available. My kids and husband were very pleased as well!! It was also very close to all universal and Disney attractions.

Family Florida Vacation

Our family had a lovely time in this villa. The house was spacious, clean and well laid out. The only problem we encountered was that the heat for the pool and spa wasn’t working when we arrived. It appears the property management company had not checked it before our arrival and a broken part needed to be replaced on the spa. John was fantastic during this time, giving us numerous daily updates on the status. Everything was fixed and working for the last half of our week. We juggled our schedule around so that we were able to spend the last few days at the house and enjoy the pool, spa and lanai. The area is quiet and private, yet close to amenities. Overall we had an excellent vacation.

Great vacation in a great villa

This is a lovely spacious villa in a great neighbourhood. We got chatting to one one of the neighbours during our stay. It is very well situated for the parks. This is the second time we have rented this villa. The new owners Christine and John have maintained the villa to a high standard, all communication during the rental process was great. We don’t have anything negative to say about the property, in fact we have already decided that we would like to stay in this villa again when we return to Florida in near future.

The property in a nice quiet peaceful neighborhood .

Some of the dishes was really dirty .including the microwave. The balcony was extremely dirty we couldn't step our foot on it including the table and chairs was very moldy . Over all we do enjoy the pool the house was spacious very nice could use some more updates .the host responded very quickly to our concerns .we recommend this home to others .other than our concerns we definitely will go back to this house again in the future

Large property in peaceful location

Lovely large house with a huge master en-suite. Very peaceful location backing onto woods, we even saw a raccoon! One small, non urgent issue was dealt with very swiftly by the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay in a great villa

Really helpful host with excellent communication in the lead up to the stay. Villa was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Pool area was lovely and relaxing. The pool heating meant the pool was always warm and the spa was very relaxing. Beds were comfortable and master bedroom is huge. Great location for I4 up to the parks - even better when the roadworks are completed. Would definitely recommend!

GORGEOUS HOUSE

Hubby and I fell in love with the house. very clean and big. bigger than expected/on the pictures. loved the outdoor restroom. the master suite was the biggest we've seen. Lake Wilson Preserve vacation

Took family to Florida for a Disney Vacation. This house was a perfect fit for the 7 of us. Plenty of space so we were not on top of each other. We loved the heated pool and hot tub out back. We also spent a lot of time in the garage (gameroom) playing the games that were provided. This was also a perfect location for the Disney trip. Was not too far away at all. We would definitely recommend this to any family looking for a location for their Disney (or Orlando area) getaway.

SC Family Disney Trip

We had a group of 5, ages 18-58. This home was well appointed and the space for adults to be together, yet get away was very adequate in this home. The owners and the service company were both accessible and took care of any issues promptly. We totally had a wonderful time and would rent this home again in the future if needed. Great vacation.

Never stay at a hotel again!

This was my first time ever using a rental while on vacation. I was a little hesitant with it. John and Christine were amazing! The were very helpful answering any questions I had. The were also very quick to respond to any issues that we had while there. The house was more than we could ask. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen for cooking. Large kitchen table for board games. The rooms were comfy. And the pool! Paying the extra for the heated pool and hot tub well worth it! I can't say enough positive things about this place. Thank you for allowing us to use this for our vacation. And on a personal note we will probably return at some point in the future. We spent a couple of days at Universal where I asked my now fiance to marry me!

Great home with everything you need!

Property as described! Clean and easy to manage with everything you need. About 5-10 minutes to grocery store, CVS and a few restaurants. 20-30 minutes to larger Orlando/Disney area. Community is quiet mostly and great for safe morning/evening walks.
