The sheets were super soft, pillows were comfy, ample outlets, and the bathroom was nice. The door needed some finessing to lock after leaving, road noise very loud, and the tv was broken but all things considered this was a nice stay. Food delivery was also very convenient!

You get what you pay for LOL. The staff were very friendly is about the best thing I can say and the location is convenient for the theme parks. First room we got put in had poorly flushing toilet and tv with huge scratches in it. They gave us a free breakfast the following morning for the inconvenience. Got moved to a new room that on day 3 of 5 had tiny ants come out of the sink and go up the wall to the vent. They dont have 24 hour maintenance. At 8am no one could help us with that issue. We left for the day and they were gone, probably have been there off and on but they are so tiny we might not have noticed them earlier on. Room was clean, bed are not comfortable. AC works good but has that weird smell like it needs to be cleaned. I would have not paid for the breakfast but it was a decent amount of food like eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal etc. The hot tub wasnt working and we picked this hotel mostly on that feature so was really disappointed that the website wasnt updated with that information. It was close to a ton of food places and other tourist attractions and they offer a free shuttle to the parks.

The floor of our room “looked” clean. However, if you walked bare foot, your feet collected hairs, dust particles, etc., and were black. I wore my “slipper socks”, which happen to be a cream color and they were BLACK by the end of our 3 day stay. Additionally, the housekeepers never came into our room during our stay to tidy up. We had our curtains open one morning and quite literally watched them walk by see us and continue walking.
