This hotel is a decent option for those looking for a place close to theme parks. It offers shuttle service, which is a plus. However, the rooms are quite basic and lack amenities like microwaves and coffee machines. We had to go to the lobby to use these machines, and there’s only one ice machine in the entire hotel, also located in the lobby. Staff were very friendly & attentive.

This was a second stay at this facility. I returned intentionally because of the quality and cleanliness. I inspect my rooms thoroughly on arrival and found no fault in either room. Highly recommended.

My stay here was pretty good. The room was extremely spacious, they gave extra towels and the daily breakfast wasn’t bad. They also had a convenient water fountain for refilling water bottles. The lobby and hallways were also kept really clean and they had a laundry room. One major complaint is that there was only one elevator for the entire hotel including cleaning staff. This meant long wait times at peak times during the day. Lastly upon check out I was charged $4.95 for internet. I called and they quickly rectified it so that was also a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Large and well lit parking lot; free of debris and excess foliage, which made visibility easy. The facility is completely remodeled so it looked and smelled brand new. Everything was exceptionally clean. Amazing quality for such low rates. Definitely will stay again; next stay already booked!

This is a solid economy hotel option with easy access to Universal. The hotel and room were clean and looked recently renovated. We stayed there for an event at the nearby Bill Frederick Park and had a rental car, so we never tried out their shuttle service. Parking was free and was easy to find a spot. There is far less traffic getting to Universal from this hotel then other hotels off of I Drive. The hotel was quiet overall, but we could hear the neighbors TV so depending on who's next to you, your experience could differ. The only negative in our stay was the limited breakfast. The only warm options were toast and oatmeal packets, and the only protein was cold hard-boiled eggs. The next time I'm looking for an economy hotel near Universal, I'll consider this one. Additional Note: For confusion are 2 "Spark by Hilton Orlando" properties in the area, this one is "...near Universal", the other is "...Universal Blvd". This one is actually closer to Universal and has less traffic around.

This place is great. You really get a bang for your buck here!! I wish the breakfast was better, but for the price you really can't beat it. The beds are comfortable, clean, and the pillows are nice too. So close to the Universal Parks, Uber was only $5 to City Walk. This is definitely my new go to place to stay for Universal!

The property and employees themselves were great. But come on, you dont even offer free water for you guests upon arrival, & breakfast bar was a joke. You'd think the rich ass Hiltons could at least provide a water fountain.
