Excellent House for Family Vacation

We had a great time at this house, and particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kitchen (lots of space for cooking together) and air hockey table. Having a full bathroom attached to each bedroom was great as well.

Stove wasn't working, but Property manager was quick to repair. Ice maker kept overflowing. Carpets need a good cleaning, but otherwise, great place to stay.

BEWARE ***NOT CLEAN***

This house was a last minute pick for us as the first house we booked was sold. The host is great. Good communication, however, there were a lot of negatives. I was initially told we would have THE BASICS to get us started for supplies. That to me would include dish cloths, a small amount of dish soap, a couple of dishwasher tabs, maybe some paper towels, and a couple of laundry tabs. There were none of these things and when I asked I was told the cleaner forgot them. She did bring us tabs the next day the next day. Apparently this house is too large to actually clean. We noticed quite a bit of really nasty stuff the second day including the entire floor not being vacuumed! We were in the master on the main floor and it was not vacuumed. We found plastic tags from recent purchases, an actual hairball of black hair and lots of random lint. On the last day of course I also found some dried snot on our sheets!!! Are they washing/changing linens after each stay? The carpets are insanely dirty, very very stained in most areas of the house including the stairs, upper hallway and upper Master. Showers dont drain, sinks dont drain. Dishwasher is garbage. Pool heat didnt work, but they did try to fix it. Bottom line its very dirty and needs work. I wish I could share all my pictures to show how bad it was. Very disappointing. We have rented homes in the area several times and never experienced anything like this

Summer family vacation

We had a great stay with our family Place was everything we expected The home is beautiful home Great area Big kitchen for family meals The pool was great on those hot 90 degree days. We enjoyed that part the most We had a large family 10 of us with plenty of room for all. bathrooms is each room was a major plus! TIP:I do think the mattresses' need an upgrade as they are a bit noisy and uncomfortable but that was not a major complaint for us. Overall we had a great stay. This place was perfect for our stay in Florida! will be booking again in the future communication with the host was quick and very attentive.

Overall, the location and property was great and as described. As a few other reviews mentioned, there do need to be some updates for the price (worn carpet, broken blinds, and an oven that doesn’t fully function). Outside of that, the amenities are wonderful and the neighborhood is quiet and in a convenient location. We would stay here again.

The house looks just as pictured, it's clean and bug free. The mattress in the master bedrooms are the worst we've ever experienced. There is no support, it has bumps and the one in main floor is super noisy. Every time you move to turn around on it, sounds so bad. The oven in kitchen takes forever to warm up, over an hour to reach 375 degrees. The clothes dryer takes a long time to dry clothes. So appliances, mattress in masters need upgrades. We had a couple of issues, shortly after checking in, like within 15 minutes, one of the fire alarms started beeping on and off. The property manager replaced the beeping unit that same day. We also found the spa was not working, and because the unit needed a part it took a couple of days for that to be fixed. Overall I think the owner should pay more attention to things that make a stay comfortable other than just focusing on the cosmetic look of the rental.

Beautiful property!!

My family LOVED the property and the check-in and checkout process was very easy!! The house was clean overall. The one thing that I would pay a little more attention to is the spiderwebs on furniture in the pool area. We did clean it, but my fear of spiders kept me away from the patio area! But besides that, the property was GREAT and we will definitely book again!! We had a wonderful time!!

Family Holiday

The villa was absolutely perfect! It was clean, very well presented with modern decor/facilities, the management were also easy to contact if needed. The location was so central to Disney, Universal and the outlets. We did struggle to understand the litter collection as our bins were never emptied but it wasn’t an issue because the main bins were literally round the corner so we took our rubbish there. I would definitely return to villa and couldn’t recommend it more to anyone wanting a Florida holiday. The gated community was really peaceful and felt very safe with lots of families. The games room was our favourite, we had lots of pool competitions! Thank you for a wonderful family holiday!

Needs some TLC

The villa is well presented and clean, the management company were easy to contact and were polite and responsive. There were some issues: We got unlucky with neighbours (not just one set but several), loud music and parties seemed to be a thing. Security was pointless and just let multiple cars through regardless of the 10pm "quiet time". The main problem with the villa is the mattresses, all of them need replacing with decent quality new ones. Just not acceptable and completely let the house down, which is a shame.

Looking for a Beautiful Vacation Home? This Is It!❀

We checked in early so the clean up process from the previous guests was a rushed job. Other than that the house itself was Absolutely Beautiful. The Decor was Amazing. Sitting by the pool or in the jacuzzi looking out at the beautiful lake was breath taking. Each bedroom has an ensuite, the gameroom was perfect. Everything you needed was right there or up the street. I would Highly recommend this particular home and definitely plan on going back in the very near future. Thank you Zoe for a very beautiful experience.

Fantastic House, Great Location

Property is exactly as shown in the photos, beautifully finished, clean and fresh. Fantastic location with lovely view of small lake and wildlife. I would highly recommend staying here and any interactions with the property managers were very positive, friendly and professional.

Great Place

This home was great for my family of 8. We all had room to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. I love that each room has its own full bathroom, No sharing!. The garage is converted into a game room, which is great for evenings in. We didn't use it much because of the long days spent at Disney. The pool is also a wonderful addition, it's large enough for everyone to enjoy. The amenities are wonderful. My only complaint is that I feel the carpets need cleaning or replaced, just needs to really be refreshed. Other than the carpet, the home is wonderful. I would definitely stay again. FYI, it's only a 15min ride to Disney parks and Walmart is located in front of the subdivision.

Pros: Excellent location, beautiful home, plenty of space. Would definitely consider renting again. Cons: Dryer was extremely loud and although we paid for a heated pool/spa..the temperature was still cool. Expected the spa to get hotter.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week. There were a couple of things that we had to deal with that were not so fun. Our trash wasn’t picked up all week and animals were getting into it, leaving us to deal with it. The property manager tried to help but didn’t seem to get far. We had to call to her the grill delivered and we missed out on having it for a day. The beds are very loud and squeaky, new beds are in order for this grand house. The space was wonderful and the bathrooms are amazing.

Ladies Getaway

As a group of ladies ages 35-74 we had a great time!! We went in Oct. Weather was beautiful! The house was exactly as expected, gorgeous! Enjoyed the pool and hottub every day. the beds were comfortable, it was spacious and inviting. Loved having the little lake and walking path behind, it made it feel more open! Fabulous!

This house is lovely. It has a very modern style. The bedrooms are spacious, and each has its own attached bathroom. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and has a huge countertop, and plenty of storage. The outdoor patio area has a nice big table, with plenty of seating.

Pros vs Cons

Pros:: Beautiful location, close to shops, outlet malls, Sams and Walmart Very Roomy and nicely decorated Love the size of the pool and it’s gated The playroom had pool table, foosball and hockey Everyone had there own private bath, however no tub in the master baths. The shower was huge and wonderful Cons:: the carpet in the bedrooms, stairs and upstairs really need to be replaced The stove was super slow to heat up and top stove was slow as well. The home need big stainless steel spoons and spatulas instead of the rubber ones. Need serving bowls. The master beds were very uncomfortable and squeaky. People pay a nice amount of money for a place to stay, it’s required that you have better mattresses. Please update that. There was no place in the bathroom to hang your towel or wash cloth had to use the hangers The pool table needs new tips for the sticks The sink faucet was leaking (I did let that be known) Some of the blinds didn’t close properly (I did let that be known) The long blinds at the back sliding door kept falling off (I did let that be known) maybe just replace with curtains Overall the home is nice and my family and I would return if you will be willing to make those adjustments.
