Stayed here with a group of 14 and everything was absolutely perfect. Tons of space for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably. The kids loved the pool and basketball court.

This Is The House!

My family and I (18 people ranging from ages 4-78) have taken an annual vacation to the Orlando area each summer for the last 5-6 years. Every house we’ve stayed in so far has been really great but always had one or two minor issues - too many amenities on the upper levels, minimal shallow areas in the pools for smaller kids, etc. This year, we stayed in this house and we’ve finally found a place that checks all boxes. The house was clean, extremely spacious, and had everything we were looking for in terms of amenities. This is the first year where the entire family said “we should come back to this house last year.” mother added feature was the responsiveness of the property manager.This house was excellent!

Great place

Property manager greeted us, showed us how everything works. Place was clean, only annoying thing the whole weekend was a party next door that went till 6am. Thought there was supposed to be quiet. However, it had nothing to do with this place as it really was spectacular and most importantly as advertised.

Family Christmas Week

This house allows for lots of activities to keep our group of 27 busy! Sleeping accommodations were perfect with all the en-suite bathrooms! Coffee bar and breakfast bar made mornings easy for breakfast! The kids loved the gym and game room too! There was enough space to be comfortable yet feel close together for our group! The owner and property managers were very responsive and made our stay perfect!

Fantastic house

The house is huge and beautiful. Lots of natural light. The kids loved, loved, loved the arcade room, tunnel slide and basketball court. Everyone had fun in the pool and hot tub.Great slide in the pool. Living spaces were huge. Room for multiple cooks and places to sit and eat. The host and property manager are great. RJ gave us a tour of the house and explained all the features. RJ was very responsive to a couple of tiny issues. Bedrooms are spacious. Overall, a great experience. Our family rents a house every two years for a reunion. All agreed this was one of the best houses we've rented. Only concerns were the amount of traffic and having to drive everywhere.

Great Family Gathering Home

The Super Fun House was a great place to stay with all our family. This lovely home is well laid out with bedrooms each having their own bathroom so everyone has their own private area and large gathering areas for meals and other group activities. We loved the spacious kitchen with two refrigerators. The home was very clean. The swimming pool is wonderful and the baby gate and door alarm made us feel so much safer with the young children. Game room and basketball court were an added fun bonus to this house. Both the host and property manager are very responsive. A great place to stay with a large family or group!

Best Place Ever

Absolutely everything about this house was perfect! So clean, huge bedrooms, amazing bunk room, gorgeous bathrooms, the most incredible pool I have ever seen, stocked kitchen and amazing communication with the owner. Awesome home!

I have rented several homes at the Reunion and this was by far the nicest one. The pictures you see are exactly how it looks. Rick and RJ (host and property manager) went over and above for our stay. This home is SUPER CLEAN and accommodates everyone with plenty of room. I would give it a higher rating if I could. A+++ You will not be disappointed!

Amazing

I rented this residence for a family reunion, and it was perfect. House was extremely clean and the communication with the property manager was great. Zero issues at all. Would absolutely recommend if your looking for a place to accommodate a large group.

We stayed there with my extended family, a group of 15 ranging from 1.5 to 76 years old and we all gad a wonderful visit. RJ, the house manager, was incredibly responsive and attentive which made our stay seamless.

Christmas Family Vacation

We booked the Fun House in Florida for its size and accommodations for a large family (18 of us!) It did not disappoint! Check in/check out was easy, the hosts were responsive to our texts and we really enjoyed the layout of the house! We had plenty of room in the living room and and the open kitchen was awesome! The ten bedrooms each with their own bathroom and TV worked great for our family! There was a game room, basketball court and a wonderful pool/hot tub for fun! The backyard view was beautiful, we could watch golfers and at night, we watched the full moon! We loved the extra large dining room table so we could have a sit down dinner for all of 18 of us! We also appreciated the baby gate around the pool to prevent any of our young children access to the pool without us! We would definitely stay here again! The hosts even had a Christmas Tree for us! The Fun House provided us the best vacation for Christmas!

Awesome time at Super Fun House!

Had a great time at the Super Fun House! Our ages ranged from 7 years old to 85 years old and there was something to do for everyone! The house is beautiful and spacious as well as the pool! Wonderful view of the golf course. The house is in a great location. Everything (grocery, restaurants, entertainment) is reasonably close and easy to get to. This house is perfect for large groups! You won't be disappointed!!!

Wonderful Family Reunion

We booked this property for a family reunion for about 25 people. The house was amazing. Check-in was streamlined and easy, the property was cleaned well and the property manager was available for a quick walk through to help figure out how to get the most out of the house. The kids loved the arcade and slides. The kitchen was massive and the dining room table had more than enough space for all of us to eat together. The pool was the perfect temperature and the slide was fun for everyone. Would highly recommend this property to any large families looking for a place to gather.

Beautiful Property

My family of 21 had the pleasure of staying at Rick's property for one week. There was enough room for all of us. It was easy to whip up meals for our large family because of the double ovens, the six-burner gas cook top, and the double fridge. There was enough seating of all of us at the dining table. The double washers and dryers upstairs as well as a set downstairs made it convenient for us to do laundry. We enjoyed the indoor basketball court, the game room, and the two living areas. We loved the pool and patio area. The jacuzzi was amazing and held so many people. We did not utilize the outdoor grill, But loved the fact that there was a fridge for drinks out there. We also couldn't get the programs to work on the outside TV, but that wasn't a big deal. We wished there were ceiling fans out on the patio because at times the air was stuffy. Overall, we all enjoyed Rick's property very much. We would definitely consider this property the next time we are in the Orlando area.
