It was a great resort. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We rented 3bd room and 3 bathrooms because were family of 5. The pools, slides were perfect for the kids. However we were not pleased with the fitness area. It’s way too small for such a big resort and on top of it so many kids just fooling around in the fitness area. We were disappointed because we are a family that works out even on vacation.

Water continuously dripped in the bathroom. A couple had a fight near the pool and the lazy river, making it very unsafe to be there, which cut our vacation short.

The pool, lazy river and slides were nice for the kids. However, my two older son's continued to get cuts on their body from the two slides and couldn't ride. The surfing and paddle boards are all costly but it was a nice pool area. Could definitely use more umbrellas that aren't for rent. Our ice maker didn't work. We called maintenance who had to use google translate to speak with us. He told us "you have ice tomorrow" and it never worked and there is no ice maker on the floor, which caused us to keep going to a gas station for ice which is very inconvenient. The dryer also didn't work. The master shower, would flood the entire bathroom. The kitchen utensils had dried hard food on them, that must not have been checked to make sure they were clean. Not once, not twice but three times we went to our room and our keys just didn't work, we were locked out. With kids and hands full it makes for a very long walk to the desk to get this fixed. The arcade is nice. The putt putt gave the kids something to do, however don't waste your money on 4 holes.

On a scale 1-5 , it's a 1. We went there to have a good time because it was my wife’s birthday. I kept on waking up all night because I couldn't sleep last night. Due to noise. This is the worse experience I've ever had. People above my room are stumping all night. By 6 am a guy and his kids was up early talking loud and screaming for over hour. We had to call security 3x. Usually when we away on vacation we are up by 8am ready for breakfast and activities. And this time I had to skip breakfast because I didn’t have enough sleep. In all our years of vacations this is the worst experience we had in a hotel. Security took so long to come. I called 3x for the night and 3 calls from 6-7:20 until the guy stopped screaming. I understand a kid but a grown adult screaming talking laughing in a hotel for a whole hour is unacceptable and this could have escalate. The fact that it took 3 calls to get security here is even worst. FYI the checking process took a whole hour in line. maybe have more clerk available is a good idea

Terrible experience – Not worth the money Our stay at The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando was full of problems from start to finish. First, we waited 30 minutes just to check in. Then, even though we paid for a two-bed suite, we were given a room with only one bed. I had to carry all our luggage across to another building, where I finally spoke to a manager who gave us the correct room. Late at night, after getting into the shower already wet and exhausted, I found there was no body wash provided. To make things worse, I found a cockroach in the bathroom and took a photo. The next morning, I informed the front desk. They promised to bring the body wash and clean the room. While they did leave the body wash, the room was never cleaned during our stay. For a resort of this level and price, this was completely unacceptable. Poor service, poor cleanliness, and terrible organization. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
