The Space:

The layout invites everyone to gather, yet each bedroom offers its own quiet corner for rest. Year‑round comfort means you can focus on togetherness, not the weather outside.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. Two upstairs bedrooms each feature a king size bed, a walk‑in closet, and a private bathroom for adult privacy. The downstairs bedroom is designed for children, with a bunk bed that holds a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, a walk‑in closet, and its own bathroom. The themed kids room is stocked with toys, costumes, a ball pit, a tent, books, and an arcade game, creating a playful haven just steps from the living area.



Bathrooms & laundry

Three full bathrooms serve the family, each supplied with bathroom essentials and a bathtub for added comfort. A washer and free in‑unit dryer make longer stays and family travel hassle‑free.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances opens to the dining and living spaces, encouraging casual meals and conversation. Brew coffee at the countertop, share a family dinner, or enjoy a quick snack while the kids stay within sight.



Family‑friendly features

Beyond the themed bedroom, an indoor play area offers a dedicated space for toys, a tent, books, and an arcade game, letting younger guests explore while adults relax nearby. A flat‑screen TV in the living room provides evening entertainment after a day of adventure.

Free parking for two vehicles is available on the premises. Guests also enjoy shared community amenities, including a pool for a refreshing dip and a gym for a quick workout. Access is easy and convenient, adding flexibility to your stay.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
