Overall the property was nice, however wasn’t happy that my reservation got bumped to the neighboring hotel for the first night leaving us in limbo for the second day until a room was available on the second day. Never got any compensation for the inconvenience plus got double charged for the week stay.

Quiet in the room. Nice size and clean. What was frustrating was that you have to scan a QR Code to pay for parking. You have to be on their wifi, and then i couldn't get it to accept my payment. Feel bad for the elderly who have to figure this out. Just pay parking with your booking. That would be easier!

I've stayed in Flamingo Crossing many times as l love the area so decided to stay a Towneplace and I wasn't disappointed. Lovely large clean rooms, the staff was great and the included breakfast was pretty good. Would definitely stay again.

I mis booked my stay and got he front desk was able to cancel and credit me. Thanks front desk. Water was completely out but things happen and they got water back on by 7pm. I do not like the fact that the front desk doesn’t mention parking fee required. There are customer who are not used to these fees and not aware , so it needs to be verbalized in the check in procedures so tickets are not issued upsetting your customers. All exterior side doors do not work with pass key. If you park in back you have to walk all the around the front with luggage. This is not acceptable as most the time people are leaving doors wedged open which is a security issue. Overall not a bad stay!!

The staff was friendly there when I checked in as well as out. The only thing I had a problem with is the bedding. I went to sleep and woke up with small welts on my arms. I don't know if it's from the laundry detergent they use or what, but I slept on the couch the remainder of my stay. Overall everyone was nice and it was a nice environment.
