Absolutely loved this property! The 2bdrm 3queen beds was perfect for me and my three kid and my sister. The bathroom was a little snug but that’s ok! The eating area was perfect a cute little picnic table style and the kitchenette had a little sink, countertop, microwave and fridge. The pool was a decent size and they had pool toys for the kids to play with. Staff was very nice. My son lost his room key at universal and we were able to get it replaced since they are like souvenirs. The bus to get to universal was great and made it so easy! We will definitely stay again

Highly recommend this hotel! The hotel was very clean and had various amenities. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Room service is quick. I had to order an extra blanket because my family likes to keep the AC cold and when room service brought the blanket it was less than 10 minutes since I called and it was warm! Another great thing is the early access to the parks. This was great! I will definitely be staying here again!

Nice property,upgraded to a suite. had to call the desk to have someone turn up the volume on our tv, as they only allow it to go up to level18..with no sound bar,was very hard to hear. The worker came up and mine you it was @8pm and said he’s not allowed to turn it up for us! Sorry not paying a few hundred dollars to hv to argue about the TV volume. Also the room needed to be wiped down better as the remote control was sticky. Other than that it was a decent place to stay.

Had a fantastic time however I called for a cable repair and ended up doing it myself. No extra TP in the room and the dinner menu at the cafe didn’t change. They had pizza which was fantastic!
