I stayed in the 5300 building and was very disappointed. The water did not get hot and the heat did not work (we happened to be there during the attic blast so the temperatures were between 45 and 50 degree outside). A maintenance guy came to the room however he did not fix the issue. The one restaurant that the kids enjoyed at the arcade (served pizza, fries, wings) closed at 7PM while the arcade stayed open later which made no sense. This was my second stay at Westgate and decided it would be my last.

Everything was great until I tried to use the jacuzzi. Upgraded my room at the hotel for that reason but yesterday when I tried to use the jacuzzi I seen that the water jets outlets were dirty.

Room was very spacious and clean upon arrival. Was able to checkin a hr early and the resort has very many amenities. The mexican restaurants brunch was 5 stars. Will definitely be back!

It’s a very huge property. It was dark. We had trouble finding our building. Once we did, we pulled out our key card only to find out that there was no room number on the key card. We then had to go back to the front desk, waiting in line just to get our room number so we could get in to our room

New remodel is everything! Nice staff! Rooms large not tiny teeny like most hotels - feel like home away home and the shower / jet tub is amazing! It’s worth every dollar! Great amenities and the game room is nice! I’ll be back, I always come back! We need more Westgates in Florida please!!!!!
