Universal Epic Family trip 2025

Spring Break 2025

Sabrina was great with communication from our initial reservation all the way through the end of our stay. The house was exactly as described and represented by the pictures. The resort amenities were very nice. Pickleball courts were great. Would stay here again.

Nice place, but some things could use some attention.

Despite arriving very late & very exhausted, check-in went smooth & quick. Sabrina communicated promptly & clearly.Awaking the next morning, we were better able to check the house out. At first glance it seemed fine - rather worn compared to photos in the ad - some of which we expected (it seems rentals never look as nice as their photos). But as we settled in, we noticed that it was not cleaned very well & there are some things in disrepair.

XMAS VACATION

Beautiful house in a great location. Communication with the host Sabrina was fantastic and the house was spotlessly clean. Had everything we could have wished for and was like home from home and ideal for our two families.The resort itself was perfect for the kids with lots of activities going on.Would definitely recommend and would visit again thank you.

Amazing family vacation!

This house was way bigger than we thought from looking at the pictures and blew our expectations out of the water! Host was very easy to talk to and responded promptly. The only thing I would change but I do understand why it does it is I would have the hot tub jets on a different schedule because that would be amazing after a long day at the parks to relax in the hot tub. Also the downstairs master bedroom ran alot hotter than the rest of the house so if you are someone that likes a cooler sleeping environment I would choose an upstairs bedroom. Other than those two things everything was perfect and we had an amazing stay in your house thank you so much for your hospitality.

Great Family Friendly Home

We were a group of two families; there were 10 of us including children ranging in ages from 9-18. The house had plenty of space for everyone and was very clean. We loved having all the bedrooms and bathrooms so no one felt crowded. The decor and appliances were new and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need make meals while you stay. There are grocery stores nearby and they deliver to make things even easier. We loved having access to our own pool and hot tub right at the house and spent most evenings out there. The clubhouse has a nice pool with a lazy river and the workout facility was clean. The backyard is very private with a pond and lots of wildlife to watch; it was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. We enjoyed our time there and have only nice things to say about our experience!

Beautiful!

The house was beautiful! There was plenty of space for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the game room and pool! The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was spotless when we arrived. I had a couple of issues throughout the week but Sabrina got back to me almost immediately each time! We would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful week in the sun!

We stayed at this wonderful property for a week and enjoyed all of the amenities it had to offer! The home owner was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very responsive, and helpful with all of my questions. The house was adorable, and very spacious. My kids loved all of the themed bedrooms, game room, and pool area. The hot tub was perfect at night after a long day walking the parks. It was very clean, comfortable, and easy to access. We will definitely be back for our next family trip! Thank you for a wonderful week, and for making our stay so easy!

Not disappointed

This is one of the cleanest properties we've stayed at. I understand that it is newly built, but I appreciated how clean the rental was. The owner was attentive and responded quickly to my inquiries. Check in was very easy. The resort was a nice bonus and just minutes of walking distance from the rental. The pool was maintained several times during our stay. The extra living room upstairs was nice to have while just hanging out and enjoying each others' company.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The main things we look for is cleanliness, good water pressure/temperature, and amenities. This place met most of our needs. It was clean and well stocked. The things that we didn’t like, which was a big deal to us is that there was no tv in the upstairs master suite (we wanted to sleep upstairs where the kids were so they would feel safe), but two unnecessary tvs side-by-side in the upstairs bonus space (weird) and the air conditioning was controlled remotely by the owner. We were freezing most of the vacation. We requested the air be adjusted to 74 day and 73 night, but for some reason it was still too cold. If we controlled it, we would have probably turned it off during the day, especially when out at the pool and back on at night. I didn’t want to keep calling/emailing for temp adjustments, so that part was both annoying and uncomfortable and dampened the stay. If those two things are addressed we would consider booking this house again.
