Can’t rave highly enough of this place! It had everything for an enjoyable and relaxing family beach vacation. Great views of the beach and pool from this 4th floor condo. Entire unit is gorgeous (very true to the pictures provided) - updated and well kept. Kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil/cookware item you need. The beach is footsteps away , including foot-wash area and a very large and nicely maintained pool. Highly recommend !!

Excellent Family Vacation

Our family of 6 found this condo to absolutely perfect! It was even better in person than the photos. The beach was perfect, quiet compared to other busy locations. The communication with Andy and Karen was swift and they always offered to assist with any of our needs, even though we had none because everything was great. Bonus was a 4th floor unit. No elevator issues, which sometimes comes with larger buildings and higher floors. Would recommend to anyone and would absolutely come back!

Now I know why this property has so many rave reviews - everything about it from initial reservation to final checkout was on point! The property myself is well appointed and immaculately maintained. Sister Beach Trip

The condo was great! The master was like a honeymoon suite, with a great ocean view. The guest beds were low to the floor but very comfortable. Everything you needed was in the condo plus the utility room was perfect with all the beach chairs and toys. Our annual sister trip and we hope to be back next year. Highly recommend yhus cindi.

Perfect & relaxing family beach trip

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this condo! The unit was extremely clean, comfortable & well stocked. My wife spent her childhood family vacations in Ormond and lived there for many years as an adult. We still have family in the area & return every summer for a visit. This the first year we have stayed at this unit, and it is our favorite thus far. The policies and procedures are streamlined, simple and clear. Check in, out and communication was a breeze. Flying in from the DC area we appreciated the beach gear provided. We found the beds to be very comfy & liked having full size rather than twins in the second bedroom. Internet, enough TVs and being able to login to all our streaming was appreciated. We always travel with our Roku stick with us, but did not have a need for it this trip. If this condo is available for our stays in the future, we would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful stay for the holiday

Loved our stay at this condo! It was perfect for our family of five. So clean and inviting. Stayed over the July 4th holiday and there was a wonderful fireworks show we were able to watch from our balcony. The host was quick to respond to all our questions and very accommodating. Definitely will be back!

Hidden Gem on Quiet Beach

The unit is beautifully renovated with a nice view. This section of the beach was car-free and was not overly crowded so that was very nice. Parking was available without fighting for spots. The exterior of the building is a little dated, but in line with a condo building on the Florida Central Coast. We had one person with mobility issues in our party, and it was a little difficult to get through the building and down to the pool/beach area because of the steps and narrow ramp.

This well appointed condo did not disappoint. Amazing view, extremely clean, kitchen well stocked with everything needed, comfortable beds. Easy access to an uncrowded beach and the pool. We could not have been more comfortable nor pleased with our choice to book this property.

Great location , very clean great experience

We were there for the USAG women’s level 10 gymnastic national championships. We chose this location with just a short drive to Daytona Beach.it was perfect in every way . Beach was awesome. Pool was perfect . Weather was iffy on a couple days , we could have cared less . We had a wonderful time .

While in Ormond at a celebration of life for the love of my life, while physically and emotional draining- coming back to the condo was very peaceful and i really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching sunrise, sunsets and listening to the ocean waves.

This place was special. The unit itself was very well stocked and extremely clean. The view and beach so great! We love this area, quiet and not crowded. The sunrises were wonderful. Got to see a launch at night too. The owners were very responsive.

A lot of places have nice pictures but then you stay there and the furniture is hard and uncomfortable. Not this place! Has everything you need to stay at the beach including beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. Lots of space for you to unpack and put stuff away. Highly recommend 🏝😊
