Don't Stay Here - Shady
This was an awful experience, which is such a same because it was a beautiful location.The Host was nearly impossible to contact and communicate with. We were asked to wait an hour later to check-in due to cleaning issues. Then when we were finally able to enter, none of the 3 TVs worked, there was no wifi (though advertised there was), and there had been NO CLEANING. The sheets on the beds had not been changed, evidenced by the stains and hair, and strong scent of perfume on the one bed. We pulled the extra blankets out of the closet and they were moldy. We spent the first few hours of our stay, trying to track down our host (who never did connect) and on the phone with a vrbo rep (who also could not connect with the host) and suggested we self re-locate, at 9:30pm!!!! We could not at that point with our children, but did first thing the next morning.This was truly a traumatic experience and one that was incredibly disappointing. We have used vrbo several times and had great experiences... this one has certainly left a bad taste in our mouths and we will be very weary about booking in the future.Still waiting to hear about any sort of refund - disappointing all around
