Ideal location.

A lovely and authentic house a short walk from the Sea. It is surrounded by olive trees, there is constant bird song and we enjoyed the lovely outdoor patio each evening.

Soggiorno molto rilassante

Ottima posizione, spiagge vicine molto belle e poco affollate. Sia a piedi che in bici. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Casa tenuta bene. Alla prossima!

Wir haben zwei tolle Urlaubswochen in Luisas Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die ruhige Umgebung und die Nähe zum Strand haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und wir konnten Luisa immer über WhatsApp erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus

Für uns ein sehr komfortables Haus. Dank Elektroheizung und Kamin auch für die Vorsaison sehr gut geeignet. Schneller, netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.Bei Wind hört man das Meer, 500m zu Fuß zum Strand.

Maison en campagne à la sortie d’Orosei. Les points positifs : au calme, proche de la plage, facile à trouver, arrivée autonome, literie très confortable, climatisation disponible (nous n’en avons pas eu besoin) Les points négatifs : forte odeur de renfermé et de poussière quand nous sommes arrivés, mobilier de terrasse de style campagnard et peu confortable, sur l’application mobile Abritel il n’est pas mentionné le surcoût de 20€/personne pour le linge de nuit et de toilette

Wir haben es genossen

Was für ein schöner Ort. Nahe am Meer und trotzdem ruhig, alles Wichtige und Schöne schnell zu erreichen und eine gemütliche Wohnung mit Terasse und Garten. Lage, Lage, Lage und vieles gutes mehr

Hervorragend, und dies nicht nur wegen des herrausragend guten Wetters im Oktober. Absolut ruhig (die bellenden Hunde der umliegenden Gehöfte stören nur kurzzeitig) und 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum pinnengesaümten herrlichen Strand von Orosei. Luisa ist stets ansprechbar und reagiert umgehend auf Wünsche, wie z.B. der Beseitigung kleiner technischer Probleme. Das Haus ist funktional eingerichtet; ein paar kleine Dinge, wie mehr Fühstücksteller oder Schneidebretter wären gut. Auch neue Sitzkissen im Außenbereich wären wünschenswert. Genießer Lage

Eine wunderbar ruhige Lage und von Julia bestens betreut. Man konnte Julia per Handy erreichen und bekam sofort Hilfe angeboten.Die Lage zum Strand entweder zu Fuß oder kurze Strecke mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Orosei bestens. Gerne wieder.

Super Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Luisa‘s Ferienhaus sehr genossen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Luisa war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns jederzeit geholfen, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Bettwäsche/Handtücher und die Nutzung der Waschmaschine sind gegen Aufpreis nurzbar, dieser ist aber sehr überschaubar. Die WLAN Nutzung ist auch kein Problem, da das Haus über eine Giga Box verfügt, die uns Luisa aufgeladen hat gegen Aufpreis. Wir waren mit 4 Motorrädern unterwegs, das Parken auf dem Grundstück war auch kein Problem. Von Haus zum Strand waren es fußläufig circa 5 Minuten und der Strand war absolut nicht überlaufen. Orosei ist schnell mit dem Motorrad/Auto zu erreichen und es gibt viele gute Restaurants.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Schönes Ferienhaus auf riesigem Gelände. Zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist sehr gut. Wer Ruhe sucht und auch mal aufs WLAN verzichten kann, ist hier richtig.
