You can also explore the small, charming villages in the area. Take a trip to the viewing platform on Ørsta's local mountain or take the ferry for a panoramic trip on the fjord. In winter, the region turns into a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. Take advantage of the ski slopes, cross-country ski trails or go snowshoe hiking through snow-covered forests.
