The sliding patio door didnt have a handle on the outside and it was hard as hell to open and close. They don't pick up your trash and people leave it piled up in the hallways. The bar had 5 or 6 bottles of liquor and cracks in the wall. The tiki bar wasn't open all week.

The property is a bit outdated but it was clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony. The pool and deck area was nice. Nice to have refreshments readily available. Chris the concierge was awesome. Always had a smile and ready to help if needed. On site bar and grill was nice.

Service has gone downhill. They gave us queen double rooms when we paid for king rooms! And they don’t clean rooms or restock towels even when staying 3 nights!

The rooms were okay, definitely get what you pay for. It was fairly clean, room looked pretty run down. Cold air conditioning, soft bed, comfortable pillows. Bathroom could have been cleaner, hair from previous people still on bathroom floor. I’d stay again when I visit. Front desk lady was nice, seemed clueless when asked questions about things in the area. Prices for snacks at from desk are ridiculous. $4 for a standard snickers bar. We stay in hotels weekly for my husband’s work so I am well versed on front desk snack pricing. Can hear everything going on in the hallway and next door

The Inn at Grand Glaize is an older hotel property right on the finger lakes of the Lake of the Ozarks. We were disappointed that our room did not have a lake view and only one packet of caffeinated coffee for a two night stay. The bed linens were composed of a bedsheet and fleece blanket. We requested extra pillows and got one. The desk furniture had seen better days. We did have a desk chair and sitting chair and numerous electrical outlets to charge our IPhones, IPad, etc.

The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and so sweet. The room could’ve been cleaner the jacuzzi was dirty.. they ran out of towels we couldn’t get any for hours. But overall we had a great time

Find another hotel. Staff is very friendly and the views of water are beautiful but that’s about it. Hotel is in such disrepair and appears to have been neglected for years. Ants in the room, slider to balcony barely opens, door handle to bathroom loose and not secured to the door. Missing drawer pulls from dresser. This place needs a lot of help.
