We leased the property for our low key super fun wedding. This property was a great location for Bri and I to start our life together and share incredible memories with our close family and friends.
We have 25 family members that join together for an annual family reunion. This home accommodated every need imaginable for everyone with plenty of comfort. The house was clean, spacious, and well-stocked of daily need items. The view of the lake was awesome, whether from the pool or the balcony. The location was great in that it was very short drives to shopping, golfing, dining, even just some sightseeing. If ever visiting Lake of the Ozarks again, we would certainly visit this home again. Well pleased!
Great location, nice home cleaning and general maintenance could be better, would recommend spraying for spiders and other bugs. Vrbo lister was very responsive and great to work with!
House was great. Very spacious to accommodate a group of 22 in a great location. Check-in was very easy. Pool, hot tub and pool accessories were outstanding.
A few disappointments (1) Lack of appliances and BBQ equipment for such large and high-end house (2) No Pier access to the lake (3) Front door did not lock (4) Shower water pressure was non existent (5) Only 1 small oven in entire house. All in all the place was lovely and we had an incredible week! However, with the expense and investment for the week, some of the issues above should be resolved
The home was very clean with plenty of towels and plenty of utensils in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, and the pool was excellently maintained. The hosts were available and very responsive.
Overall, our family had a great time. Would highly recommend this property.
My family and friends had a blast gathering here before and after our wedding. We loved the layout of the house and had so much fun swimming, hot tubbing, and sharing meals together here! Hot tub and pool were perfect temperatures and super clean even maintained multiple times throughout our stay. These hosts were friendly and fast to respond. Highly recommend for your next trip to Osage Beach!
Our brotherhood retreat at the Lakes of the Ozarks was an absolute hit, thanks to this location. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness and pristine condition of the house. Situated in the perfect location, we enjoyed stunning views of the lake.
The house itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing ample room for our organization to come together for a weekend of bonding and relaxation. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals together and enjoy them in the beautiful dining area.
One of the highlights was the outdoor space, complete with a deck overlooking the lake and pool.
Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations. It provided the perfect backdrop for our brotherhood retreat, and we can't wait to come back again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable getaway at the Lakes of the Ozarks!
Well, the house is beautiful and spacious. It is great for a big group.
The management of this house is lacking. Overall the communication is fine but we notified the host of many things that were wrong upon checkin. He was not helpful until we send him the picture of dirty sheets. We had no dish soap. They cleaning people didn't restock paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. When I asked for these items I was told I would need to purchase them. They were not properly stocked in the first place. For the cost to stay here I don't expect to be nickled and dimed for toilet paper and trash bags.
After checking out they tried to charge us additional fees for using the hot tub which we didnât use. I felt the host had a bad attitude with me and never apologized once for anything. I and very disappointed with the host and cleaning of this property.
We totally enjoyed our stay! We spent a lot of time just relaxing at the pool and sitting on the deck watching the boats go by. We rented a pontoon boat one day to enjoy being on the lake and tubing. A big highlight was an amazing evening meal prepared at the house by chef Kevin McCombs. Would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a bonus treat on vacation! Our host was easily contacted and responsive with any questions or concerns we had.
Over all, we had a wonderful family vacay at this property!
We had a great experience staying at this home! It was perfect for a big family, with so many things to do without leaving the house. We also rented a boat from Surdykeâs Marina which was just down the road. Also recommend Chef Kevin McCombs with House Cured Culinary- he came to the property and prepared and served an amazing 6 course dinner for us! Overall, a great place to stay and would absolutely come back!
The property was beautiful and perfect for our group. We had 5 familys with children ranging from ages 7-20, and all of them had a great time. Spending the Christmas holiday on the lake in this beautiful property was an experience we will never forget. Beautiful multi-level property, spacious, and relaxing in a quiet neighborhood.
Military Retirement Celebration with Family and Friends.
House is absolutely gorgeous, with an incredible view. Accommodations were phenomenal and the property owners were SO amazing , as they checked in with us throughout our stay, offering their support if we needed anything. I was absolutely impressed. STRONGLY recommend you consider renting this home for your vacation, as it was worth every penny. You will definitely love it.
This house was awesome! The views were great overlooking the lake and watching the cigar boats race by. The pool, fire pit, man cave and game room is an added bonus when hanging out at the house. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party and even plenty of parking. We were able to rent a boat for a day and explore the lake (highly recommend WFO watercraft rentals). We visited Ha Ha Tonka state park which I recommend doing if youâre into hiking. Seven Springs Winery, Ozark Distillery, and Andyâs Frozen Custard are all great places to visit as well.
The house was modern, spacious, and well-appointed. Wonderful view on the lake and the large in- ground pool facing the lake was an amazing addition. When not on the lake, we were enjoying the pool. Addition of a boat dock will greatly enhance the property, but there are two marinas nearby. We used Surdyke's and they were excellent to rent from, Both a boat and a jet ski. There are two full kitchens, we primarily used the main floor. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a nicely supplied kitchen area. The game room and man cave had lots to keep the teens busy, as well as Netflix! Thoroughly enjoyed the week in this beautiful home.
We ran into some initial issues that required troubleshooting. when we arrived. Once we resolved these with a very responsive host, we had an outstanding week at this fantastic property.
The property is located directly on the lake front in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood with no through traffic. You do not overhear any neighbors and you feel as if you are in a private area. The view is spectacular with floor to ceiling windows on both levels (you can watch the lake while in the kitchen, living room and lake facing bedrooms on both floors). The lower level has a complete living room and kitchen area that is ideal for multiple families or just spreading out. The floor plan is open and the house feels more spacious than the listed square footage. You could hold a family reunion here.
The outside balcony on the main level has a propane grill and ample seating for a group. The lower level has an ample patio will ample seating under the overhang (out of the sun) as well as ample furniture around the pool.
Of course the saltwater pool was the hot spot most days. It has a very shallow end for tots and is deep enough for adults on the other end. It is heated only during certain hours (not 24/7) which you will want to verify before your visit. The game room on the lower level was the hot spot for the younger kids. It has a full size air hockey table, a game system, and other standup video arcade games (Pac Man and Street Fighter). The man cave (an entirely separate building on the property) has a full size pool table, large screen TV, bathroom and small refrigerator for drinks. It can also sleep four. The man cave was key to older adults who wanted a place to stay up late and play pool without waking the little ones at the main house.
Things to know about the house: Full size washer and dryer. Large laundry/mudroom right off the garage. Kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishware and silverware and has a full size pantry. The main level kitchen has a wine rack in the refrigerator and an extra beer/drink cooler under the countertop. Bring a very sharp knife if you need one. Ample closet space for everyone.
Take a pontoon out for the day for $300. It is a great way to let the kids play on the float pad and swim in the lake. Eat BBQ at Wobbly Boots. Have a sit down dinner at JB Hooks, you will not regret it. Visit the Osage kids fishing pond. It has a big dock to fish, a table to eat lunch, and great restrooms.
The house was awesome for our 50th birthday celebration. Plenty of space to hang out and sleep. Communication with the property manager was great and we really had a great time. Hard to not have a boat slip right outside the house but made it work.
Exceptional property with a beautifully appointed home, a lovely pool and lake view. Plenty of space for everyone and just a short drive down the road to rent a boat to enjoy everything the lake has to offer. An A+ for sure! We canât wait to come back.
