This was my favorite hotel of 3 on our trip to Japan. Everything was wonderful! The staff were so attentive and kind. They even had a wheelchair for my 88 year old mom to borrow. I wish all my hotel experiences were the same as Anchored Rhiga Osaka.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Staff was friendly and very helpful from check in to check out. Location could not have been any more convenient. 2min walk to Ebisucho Metro station and 5 min walk to Shinsekai. I highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay here again.

The hotel was pretty new when we stayed, so probably the cleanest itโ€™ll ever be. We stayed in three hotels our whole trip and this was the biggest room we had. I really appreciated the space. The room has the toilet separated from the shower and vanity. There is a tiny sink with the toilet, however, no soap was provided there which didnโ€™t make sense to me. The shower was huge. Something that really helped out was the vacuum bag station provided. Really helped provide additional space in my luggage at no charge. The breakfast had a good spread and was delicious. The hotel does provide service to send your luggage ahead but it can be quite costly! The only other downside is that with this being the last hotel we stayed at, I was hoping to get some help in arranging travel to the airport. This hotel provides no concierge service which may be standard across the hotel, but this is the only hotel I needed it.

The hotel was clean and nice. However staff werenโ€™t helpful. They didnโ€™t help us take our bags up to the room nor did they help us bring it down. Communal bath was nice and clean. Well maintained. Staff did rounds to constantly check if youโ€™re naked which is frustrating. The room is well air conditioned, gets hot or cold pretty quickly. The room tvโ€™s are nice and has streaming services. Please note the volume does not go higher than 35 so you will need subtitles to help understand. Room has a mini fridge but no freezer compartment and no microwave in the room. Ammenities were not on our floor, we had to constant go up and down to watch our clothes or fill our water bottles.
