I stayed here on my last trip to Japan many years ago and while it was very good then, it's excellent now! The staff are very courteous annd friendly. The rooms are very well decorated, clean, comfortable and offer some stunning views of the city at night. The 2F breakfast, while offering more or less the same menu every day, was still very good. The discounted access to Solaniwa Onsen is an excellent perk after long days of walking! Location is excellent with access to both the subway and JR lines with direct trains to Umeda, Nara and Kansai Airport. Popular areas such as Osaka Bay, Universal and Namba are very easy to get to. The surrounding area has some very good restaurants and food options, including a FamilyMart right outside for midnight conbini runs. I will definitely look to stay again when I next visit Osaka!

We booked this 4-star hotel expecting much better accommodations. The bathroom was so small - it was hard to close the door as the toilet was in the way. The toilet paper quality was terrible. The room looked dated and was not the quality we expect from a four-star deluxe room. It was very disappointing.

The room here was outstanding. The pictures don’t do the views justice! Everything was spotless, check in procedure was easy would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as location it’s not the most central place to stay in Osaka but don’t let that deter you, its a quick connection to get anywhere you need to go and the proximity to the tattoo friendly (private baths) misen makes it well worth it after long days of walking.

The hotel was nicely situated by two trains. It was not in a neighborhood and there was no concierge to help with restuarant and travel arrangements. Many of the front desk people did not speak English and were not very helpful. That was its only big drawback.

Great location connected to Bentencho station. Many restaurants, cafe’s, yoga studio next door in Osaka Bay tower East. Very convenient to get to Expo 2025 this year! It was fabulous!! Love this hotel! Spacious onsen outside 2nd floor walking about 20 steps to the beautiful onsen!

Save the money for breakfast

Great location just at Bentencho station for JR line and MRT. Comfort is great. Really nice. But let me speak on behalf of the group inwas travelling with: the breakfast buffet was a joke. Osaka supposed to be food town but the selection (not the quality) was the worst of our trip.

I stayed here for one night and it was decent. I thought for the price it would be more “luxurious” but it really wasn’t all that. It is pretty far from Osaka shopping strips. The front desk was also kinda rude even though I used a translation app to help communicate.

Not only the toilets but the hallway of the hotel stinks. The towels and beddings are ok but maybe its the structure of the toilets that make this pungent odors. There’s no escaping this odor and the buffet is not refilled, so better be there early or the foods will have been thrown all over the place.
