Room was more spacious than a normal Japan hotel, as well as the bathroom. The front desk is automated, but staff are available if you run into trouble or need a little help. A breakfast was provided, but I didn't get up to use it. The staff was very helpful. A robe was provided and razor, toothbrush., room slippers. The TVican be translated in to english

Clean room, good breakfast buffet options, and close to transit stations. It’s a good home base for exploring Osaka, as well as taking day trips to Kyoto or other areas. Staff were very friendly and happy to assist.

We had a 2-twin bed room, which was clean and spacious. The cost of the room was inexpensive compared to the Tokyo hotels we stayed at. The staff were friendly. Various amenities were provided (toothbrush and toothpaste, sleepwear, toiletries, slippers). We did receive early check in also, however, it did cost extra (1500 yen per hour).

Very friendly and helpful staff. We based here and made day trips by train to Nara and Kyoto before visiting local Osaka areas (castle, Dotonbori). Easy access to Shinkansen and local trains at Shin-Osaka. Many konbini. Shin-Osaka station also has a large mall attached with many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The in-hotel breakfast buffet was excellent with western options and a good coffee machine. Nightly tea and lemon-water is a nice touch after a long day. The room as comfortable, well supplied, laundry service was good, but dryer cycle required multiple attempts.

Friendly hotel close to Shin-Osaka station

We stayed here twice during our trip to Japan as it was such a convenient location to stop over. Its proximity to the railway station makes train noise inevitable but it's also a breeze to get to the station either to move around Osaka or to travel further afield. The hotel staff were great. They arranged for some of our luggage to be sent on to Tokyo whilst we travelled in other parts of the country and stored some at the hotel for us. This service made travelling around really easy with just a couple of small back packs and our bags were waiting at our Tokyo hotel when we got there. Breakfast at the hotel was a mixture of asian staples and western fruit, yogurt and pastries. Perfectly adequate for our needs.
