Great place for a reasonable price!

Awesome location for everything. Multiple stations, food, shopping, Dotonbori, etc!!! Spacious room. Huuuuge shower and tub room. Tasty breakfast (not Western). Friendly staff. Clean. Will stay here again

Great room, plenty of space and good bed. Breakfast was plentiful and something for everyone. Staff were attentive and very friendly. Location was great in the heart of the vibrant food and market area of Osaka, however our hotel room was extremely quiet.

This hotel was great. We loved the spacious room and amenities. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious as they had both Western and Japanese dishes. The room was very comfortable and I would try to stay at any of their sister hotels if they have any or stay here again when I return to Osaka. Room was clean and well supplied with amenities and water and snacks daily. I recommend this hotel for sure.

Property is a little old. However a great location for everything. Food, shopping, train stations. And the staff excellent Would recommend if not looking for high end hotel but good location.

After being in smaller rooms on our trip. This was a nice stay with spacious room. We enjoyed the hot tub and absolutely loved the shower. Massage chair was a plus as well. Overall for the short stay we had no complaints.

This place is amazing! It’s in a great location and the rooms very spacious. It is a little outdated in style but for what you get you can get past it. Room came with a massage chair which was great after long days out. Beds were comfortable and location is so prime! Close to shops and shopping and you don’t hear the sound of the busy street from the room. Would 100% come back here!

Huge room with great extra features including a massage chair, lounge area with huge tv, kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and fridge freezer. The shower room was huge, with a jacuzzi and with the door closed acted as steam room. As well as providing a plethora of toiletries every day, they also provided bath products, pyjamas and slippers - all refreshed daily with house keeping. Breakfast had mostly Japanese food with a few western options and American coffee from a machine (not the best but good enough for your morning caffeine hit). Staff were extremely friendly.

Great location, very spacious room. Yoko was so sweet to my friend and I. She walked us to the main road and hailed a taxi just to make sure we were taken care of. Breakfast definitely worth it!

Great space

Fabulous hotel with massive room! Massage chair, spa/tub, big shower space, separate toilet, lounge room and karaoke machine with minibar. Friendly staff and great location. Only issue was the breakfast buffet, lots of variety but everything was cold, all of the hot selections were room temp.

Great location! A lot of little shops nearby. Also near a major metro hub Namba station. Also near Nankai line with direct service to the airport. Room is very big. I enjoyed the massage chair. Daily breakfast is wonderful.

Great hotel in the heart of Namba, within 50 meters of Koromon market and plenty of trditional small restaurants. Multiple train stations and Subway close by. The hotel is clean with good sized rooms and friendly helpful staff, the breakfast is a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine .
