Great hotel in Osaka

Amazing property. Very convenient and connected to the rest of Osaka. The only inconvience is due to the congestion of the elevators. But this is only because of how popular it is.

It near the bus stop of the airport direct bus, and surround area is major shopping area of Osaka, in fact the hotel is locate at the top of one of major shopping centre. Staff is really helpful and they have a self do laundry room which is a bit unusual for this kind of high end of hotel but it is good if you want to clean your clothes and don’t want to break the bank using the dry cleaning service.

１番は駅に近くて便利、お風呂とトイレが分かれている、清掃が行き届いている、スタッフが親切、朝食のビュッフェも種類が豊富で美味しかった。 改善希望点 連泊したので、ランドリーを使ったのですが、100円硬貨しか使えないのであらかじめ用意しておくか、フロントに両替に行かなければいけないので両替機があれば助かります。自動販売機があるので、1000円入れたらお釣りがすべて50円玉で出てきて２度手間でした。

Central location, accessible to transportation to trains, buses, airport transport ease, and shopping to market at B1 level, as well as bridges connecting from the Links and hotels as well as the shops and train stations. Hotel itself is mixed- as one books a 2twin bed, one gets 2beds connected and cannot be separated. Also, I was attacked by bedbugs the 1st night, and was allergic to their pillows. (I ended up purchasing one so I can sleep) the bathroom lacked privacy - no door leading to the common area, and shower door was see through . The walls of the sink area and glass mirror was splattered with the previous occupants' usage and I had to ask them to clean it although it was only 80% better after their cleaning, and did not continue to clean the same area with our extended stay. Water pressure was amazing in the shower/bath. Laundry room had 8 machines which will do wash/dry for 700yen in 2 hours (detergent/softener included) but since the line was long, we decided not to extend the drying time although it needed the extra 30 minutes or more for additional 30yen. Clothes came out super clean, and we decided to lay out our wet clothes in the room and was dry when we returned to our room. They held our luggage for we were returning in a few days so that was convenient. Very friendly staff.
