Location was good. Walking distance to Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, Family Smart, department store, Parco, Don Quijote Dotonbori, and Metro. The hotel breakfast that we purchased had a good variety of hot and cold foods. I stayed for 9 days with teen kids in a the family room. No complaint except for the noise of the AC. The public bath facilities on the 13 floor was useful for shower and soaking. Toiletries are Pola brand offering shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. Overall everything was good. The hotel offers microwave, coffee, tea, hot water, and bread at the lobby from 2:30 pm to 10 pm. High recommend that you buy breakfasts with your room if you are travelling with kids.

Solid hotel, especially for the price! Clean and well maintained room. Small, but that’s Japan. Great black out blinds. Nice facilities. Breakfast was a reasonable price and solid. Great location. Would stay again!

Wow! What can we say? There is so much goodness about this hotel! I can go on and on... - Great location, in the middle of it all. - Convenient to all transportation. - AMAZING(!!!) breakfast. The best we've had in ANY hotel anywhere in the world! - Freshly baked bread available all day long! Like almost all Japanese hotels, the place was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wished we stayed more than two nights.

We stayed in a room with a queen bed, and absolutely loved it after a day full of walking around the city. Great location and the amenities in the room were very nice! Cleanliness was great as well. The only thing we didn’t love was in our room, the shower head would not stay in the mount on the shower wall properly, so showering was a bit awkward with having to hold the wand by hand. We also found the pillows to be a bit small and unsupportive, so you may want to bring your own.

Was a nice hotel however I was disappointed to find out that the women’s onsen only has a hot bath where is the men’s has a sauna, hot bath and cold plunge pool. Otherwise was a nice hotel, but would appreciate if the amenities were equal between genders.

The room was clean albeit small, bathroom small, sink is in the bedroom due to this!! Pillows were very thin, which was a shame as rest of stay was good. Rooms clean and hotel itself clean. 5 mins from main shopping road, 10 mins to dotonbori, 5 mins from a tube station opening. Would I stay again ? Yes !!

Overall a decent stay for the price. Waking distance to Dontonbori and subway stations. It is definitely more in a party area so it was quite noisy so may not be the best option if you’re a light sleeper. Clean except for stains on the carpet and the room was a bit of an awkward layout which made it hard for travelling with a lot of luggage. As well, their laundry machines had no wash only options (many of my clothes can’t go in the dryer) so I had to go to a laundromat outside of the hotel, which was annoying since I chose this hotel partially because it has onsite laundry.

Greatly located, close to many key areas in Osaka we wanted to visit. They have female/male spas (which we were too shy to try) and laundry, which was great as we stayed here mid trip. No complaints.
