The surrounding is marvellous and tranquil. Though the room is comfortable it will be better to have additional lighting to get slight more even illumination at night as the TV side is a bit dark.

Great location and comfy room!

Absolutely perfect for our family stay. Great staff and good breakfast for everyone. Fresh omelette and French toast was delicious. Love the location off the beaten path next to Osaka castle. Will definitely stay here next vacation! Only thing I would suggest is they need softer beds.

A bit older but very well maintained. Japanese breakfast was great. We stayed in a 2 room jr suite with 4 beds. 2 of the 4 were firm and the other 2 were hard. Only bummer. Otherwise welcome drink service, cocktail welcome and breakfast were all amazing.

It’s walking distance to Osaka castle which was nice but as a tourist it was very far from the popular areas like Dotonburi so we had to uber multiple times a day. I wouldn’t suggest this area as a tourist. The hotel had a dated business conference vibe. The rooms were nice though. Service was mediocre and we had an unpleasant experience when using the gym/spa. Guests are only allowed to use 7-10am and at 10:10 am an employee came into the shower area to tell me that I would be charged. I spoke with the gym manager on the way out who said he would waive the fee but only this one time and was very rude. We’ve had an amazing experience at every hotel/ Airbnb in Japan except for this one. I wouldn’t recommend.
