The room and service was excellent. The only thing I noticed is that you can hear your neighbors. But our neighbors went to bed when we did, so it wasn’t a problem. The location is perfect for shopping. And it was a short walk from all the food you could possibly eat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staffs were very helpful. Clean rooms, the bed was comfortable. Clear door mimi fridge was great. I had to go back to the room to retrieve what l left behind after checking out. The front desk staff was able to assist me quickly letting me into the room, told me how they normally store items that were left behind. I felt they take good care of customers.

Great location but the staff (especially the night shift concierge area) was rude to me. The facility is REALLY outdated. It definitely feels like a MOTEL, not a 4 star hotel.

This hotel was very comfortable and roomy! We stayed 4 nights. It was close to Dotomburi and the subway station, the hotel even has an entrance on the subway level! Lots of places to eat relatively close by. I would definitely stay at Hotel Nikko Osaka again!

The hotel is connected to Shinsaibashi station which makes it extremely easy and convenient to go to and from the hotel. It is also a block away from the Shinsaibashi shopping street which is also convenient.
