We were there for the day to visit the Expo. Unfortunately, the shuttle service to the Expo had very limited hours, so we had to take a taxi. We specifically chose this hotel because it offered a shuttle to the subway, but it didn’t start running until 11:00 am. Since our flight was also at 11, we again had to rely on a taxi. Overall, we were disappointed, and the customer service was not helpful in addressing our concerns.

Beautiful view of Osaka Bay. The ATC area is a nice place to walk in the morning. Property is near the Chuo line with shuttle bus to Cosmosquare if you don’t feel like taking the tram there. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Food satisfies Japanese, Chinese, and western tastes.

This is a three star hotel at best. Not recommended for non Japanese speaking guests. Bedroom walls dirty, bed made with stains, restaurants not open late, area is not geared for American tourists. Most guests were Japanese with young children. We stayed for the proximity to the Osaka Expo.

It is a beautiful hotel with all the amenities one needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the staff named Rose made our stay extra special. All the concierge staff was very welcoming. Rooms are fabulous and spacious. Really enjoyed our stay. Shuttle to Osaka station made it even more convenient.

The Grand Prince at Osaka bay was a fantastic experience. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind and even if you’re Japanese is limited or you know none, they can still assist you. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice with plenty of amenities. Would highly recommend a room looking over the bay so you can see the sunset, it is worth every penny. There are two different train stations located within a 5-10 minute walk that connect to the main lines in Osaka. 5/5 and will be visiting again on my next trip to Japan!
