This is absolutely one of the best hotels!! Super family friendly. Spacious rooms. Super friendly staff that are also knowledgeable! Conveniently located near Dotombori, the train station, food, 7-11, Lawsons!!! Will 💯 stay there again if I go back to Osaka!!

this is our first stay here. I loved it . the room was clean. very friendly front desk staff. Dotonbori is 10 minutes walk, a Lot of food within 2-3 minutes walk. train station is walking distance. I will come back again to this hotel.

Great Hotel

This was a great hotel. Staff was always making sure our needs were met and that we were comfortable. The room was a very good size for our family of 4. Location was close to American Village and Dotonbori. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room was a loft apartment - it was spacious with a dining table, and location was convenient (close to Dotonburi, and about 10min walk from Kyoto station). Service was also great - we were able to rent an AppleTV for free from the front desk.

Spacious and great for families!

This hotel was great! Super easy walk to Dotonburi and the cool spots in Osaka. Room was spacious – my two boys and I had plenty of room. There was a kitchen and a mini kitchen and dishwasher. However, I did not travel to cook my own food in Japan. LOL. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The amenities were impressive, and the staff was professional and attentive. I checked out 6/3/25 8:30am on a rainy day. I forgot to get the two ladies names at the front desk but they went the extra mile to get my family the correct size cab and made sure to give the taxi driver the correct info all while holding an umbrella for me!! Just great service all around. Great loation, great facility, but most of all great service.

We had a very spacious room and my daughter really liked the bunk beds. The lobby has all sort of games that my daughter enjoyed playing. Location was great as well since it’s near the shopping area, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy and subway station.

Great location great for families. Only issue was only being given 2 keys for four adults. This made it inconvenient having to coordinate return times and sharing keys for seven nights. Staff said they weren’t able to issue additional keys since they were expecting to have a lot of guest.

The hotel has a lot of amenities for families, including board games. They also provided a 2 seater stroller. For an additional daily charge, which was fine for us. I also had plenty of umbrellas and the lobby had games that our kids love to play with.

We enjoyed our stay here, the room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. We also took advantage of their laundry facilities, machines easy to use. The location is also close to shopping and eating. We had a family mart about 1 block away that we would visit daily!
