This hotel is okay but it really needs to work on their maintenance and staffing. For example, they could have put some vending machine on every floor. Maybe some bigger trash cans in the room. I stay there for 10 days. I only ask to clear my room one time but they never vacuumed the floor or the hallway. They have never offer clean towels and I have to ask every day. Our room is so dusty. OMG

Convenient location, the view from the 21st floor (the restaurant and bar) is breathtaking. The train takes you to Dotonbori Osaka. Highly recommend it.

It is a pleasure to stay in OMO Kansai Hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. I transferred my luggages to hotel at Tokyo airport and picked it up in OMO without any issue. OMO room is so clean and bed is just right and comfortable. We stayed at 19th floor and the view from the room is amazing. Highly recommand hotel to stay.

We arrived at Kansai Airport around 9.20pm and checked in to hotel around 11.15pm after a short 5 min train ride (just a few minutes' walk from train station) . Fuss-free and with an excellent breakfast.

Easy access from the train station (exit 5) to the hotel and close proximity to the Rinkutown Premium Outlet. We also enjoyed a short walk to the Trial Supermarket. Glad that we included breakfast for our stay and it was served at the restaurant space on the 21st floor with a nice view. Grateful for the shuttle bus to take us to the Kansai Airport. Great service overall.
