Bad space planning.. too uncomfortable

The room size is fine, but the TV and other installed items are in the wrong places which makes the room very uncomfortable and hard to move around. The room could be much more spacious if some of the items are installed differently.

Great location, clean rooms

Very small room, especially the bathroom. The price was good. The folks were friendly and the location was perfect. No breakfast/food offerings, but self-service laundry was so helpful.

Very good, convenient stay in Namba

Very convenient location with immediate access to the Kuromon market and other attractions. Clean room and good front desk support. The only downside is that the coin dryer doesnโ€™t dry well on the first try

The hotel located right outside of Kuromom market, fresh seafood, delicious. Inside hotel is very quiet, clean, wonderful customer service, friendly staff. It provides free toilet items. The bathroom is very small, Iโ€™m 5โ€™5โ€, itโ€™s just enough space. Not sure for tall people. The bed is comfortable. The only downside is location, itโ€™s 7-10 minutes walk to one subway station, 10-16 minutes to Namba station. I pretty much walked all the time because itโ€™s only one stop to the popular sights and shopping street.

Place is okay but the employees need to be trained better in CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are only there to work.. they are not there to provide a good service. We will not be back to this place.

Located just next to a market with lots of food options and walking distance to Namba station. Clean rooms and great staff. The only inconvenience is that a taxi will not pick you up from in front of the hotel because of the location. Paying for breakfast in cash is cheaper than pre-paying, but having breakfast at the market is more yummy.

Good place to stay at the end of Kuromon Market

The bathroom is typical Japanese hotel bathroom, very cramped. The bed is a good size, but unusually for Japan, a little too soft. Not able to open bedroom windows or control the AC temperature which is inconvenient.
