This was my first visit to Japan. I can’t believe the cleanliness of the place. It was easy to walk to the shopping areas around the hotel. The hotel room was very spacious (bigger than I expected). The hardest part was finding the rooms on the floor. It was rather complicated. Not the usual hallway rooms on left or right.

Hotel was nice, clean. Friendly staff. Literally right next to the train station 1 stop away from the airport, it is connected to the hotel. Lots of food in an outdoor/indoor mall down the street. Shower and tub were huge, very nice room. View of the city was beautiful being on the 26 floor. Will be staying here again at the end of our trip.

The receptionist sees you struggle and they don’t offer to help you at least in to the elevator . Tv are outdated saw some bugs in the restroom . They charge a fee for some reason didn’t make sense to me normally you would be charge a deposit and they would return it and right here they charge a fee

The property was clean, and the staff was excellent. There were not any communication problems despite the fact that we couldn't speak any Japanese. My only complaint is that the room was hot. The A/C didn't work, so it got pretty uncomfortable.

Couldn't Ask for More

Had a great experience with Odysis. They were able to store my luggage for quite a while (a week) prior to my check-in. The airport shuttle is great for early flights and location is great being next to the outlets. They also helped me with calling a previous hotel with an issue I had. All in all, great hotel and great staff. Also, we had an amazing ocean view with our room.
