We came in after a long flight from California and the apt was clean and exactly as what you see in the pictures. There is no surprise. Everything was going very smooth from the moment when we arrived in front of the building. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Recommend this apt for everyone who is looking for a budget value accommodation to Osaka.
