Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The communication was poor, between the booking agent & accommodation system. We never received the access to property at all. So all of us need to book other accommodation at the last minutes before our flight to Japan, otherwise we had no place to stay by the time we arrive in Osaka around midnight
Stayed 7 nights in Jun 2025
