Our party of 4 stayed here for 3 nights while we were visiting Osaka. We all just enjoyed this hotel! All entire staff (from check-in to the restaurant) were extremely helpful and friendly! The hotel was close by our transit station and all the great places to eat & shop (all within walking distance). Some great things about this hotel: 1) The 5 massage chairs in the lobby. 2) The great breakfast buffet every morning in the restaurant. 3) Complimentary liquor (beer & hards) during their happy hour. 4) Free tasty ramen in the evening. We definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Osaka!

The Bridge Hotel was amazing. The free ramen, cocktails and cultural offerings make this hotel stand out. Conveniently located walking distance between two train lines and plenty of shopping and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the Bridge Hotel and would definitely choose to stay there again. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The amenities were outstanding. We took advantage of the free beer and cocktails, the free ice cream, the massage chairs, and the picture taking dressed in kimonos! So much fun. It was very convenient to shopping and train stations!

The room was quite small for a solo traveler compared to other locations I have stayed at. The AC system took some time to work. The room was not designed for someone taller than 188 cm. The nightly activities was great along with the free ramen and drinks. The staff was great and helpful.

Fantastic location and amazing hotel

Easily one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Staff were very lovely and put on little events each day, I made a resin keychain for my wife. They had coffee machine and massage chairs available 24/7. Alcoholic drinks available from 3pm to evening. They even had ramen available for hotel guests in the evening which is very handy as you might not always want to walk around in the evening. Rooms were very nice and the cleaning was very good too. Aircon was brilliant, it hits you as soon as you walk in the hotel and it's a welcome relief from the humidity outside. Location is perfect. 5 minutes walk from the Shinsaibashi subway, 1 minute walk to the American Village and about 7 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi-suji. The subway itself is very convenient as it's easy to get to Namba and Umeda, two great areas of Osaka.

Service and Amenities were great.

Hotel was great. They were able to accommodate us an extra day when we had to extend our trip. Breakfast food was good. The free alcohol was good. Kids liked the ice cream. The 24/7 drinks helped keep costs down. Massage chairs on the lobby for guests to use helped our achey bodies from walking everywhere all day. Centrally located to shopping and very close to the shinsaibashi train stop. Can easily get to the hotel by train from KIX. Beware when they say that 3 people can fit in a room with only 1 double bed. Definitely won't fit 3 American linebackers. Maybe 3 small teenagers at best or parents with a small child under 10.
