Its a short walk from the Midosuji whach and get you to and from most places in the city. Staff where kind, rooms where clean and the area atound the property has some interesting stuff to look at as well.

AMAZING HOTEL! Very conveniently placed right next to the Kitahama line. Room was a lot wider than we expected and while the bed was super firm it was surprisingly huge (Deluxe Double) for my next trip i will stay here again!

By the time we reached this hotel, we’d been in Japan for a week and a1/2. So we had many interactions with various hotel staff. As a matter of fact, the reason we chose this hotel was because of our wonderful stay at The Royal Park Kyoto Sanjo. The staff here was definitely less inattentive. They smiled less. The rooms were also less impressive. You had to ask for water, no coffee maker in the rooms.
