合理的でシステマティック

かなり新しそうで、部屋も建物も綺麗で清潔だった。外国人客を強く意識していそうで、実際にホテルで見る客のほとんどは外国人のようだった。 システムは洗練され、非常に合理的。 個人的には次の2点に不満があった：①バスタブがない、②洗面台またはシャワールームに鏡がない（姿見はある） 前者は私が予約する際によく確認すればよかっただけのことであるし、不要な人もいるだろう。 後者は、洗面台やシャワールーム内に鏡がないと髭を剃りにくいからだ。ただ、姿見はあるので、ほんのわずかに移動して剃ればよいだけのことでもある。 チェックアウト手続きは部屋のテレビから行え、効率的である。

Perfect stay in Osaka near Namba

Room was really clean and comfortable. Good location. Offers free self serve luggage storage on the first floor and free coffees and toiletries on the 18th floor. Washer and dryer in my room.

部屋はとても快適でした。預けた荷物も部屋に入れておいてくれて助かった。 従業員の態度が良くなかったです。ホテルの従業員として教育ができていない。にこやかな丁寧な対応がなく、聞かれたことだけに答えるだけでは客対応になっていない。挨拶もない。タオルの取り換え時にノックなしで入るなど基本の教育を必要とする。日本人ではない人を起用するのはとてもいいことですが、その人達も含め、全体的に基本マナーを教えたほうがよい。
