The hotel quite new and very well maintained . Look a feel new. Service is very good and helpful. Location is superb - can’t be better - 20m from Namba station exit, minutes from dotonbori, dozens of restaurants. But… room is really small. Functional but small - almost no place to move. Pay attention to room size. Breakfast is very very basic. Don’t count on it. Room is very well equipt with anything you need - except a safe. Why do they miss a safe ? Too many remote controls: Two A/C + two for light + one for TV …. OK for a cheap overnight, but not for long stay

This room was noisy, the windows were thin, we could hear the noisy road traffic, the light in the room was bright white like a hospital room. The room was spacious and the breakfast was basic. We noticed red, itchy bites after sleeping in our bed and are unsure what caused them. The area around the hotel seems dark and shabbier. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed her overnight after arriving to Osaka from a long flight. The hotel was very close to the train station and Dontobori, easily walkable to both. Great dining, shopping, and entertainment close by. The room was simple, quiet, clean and comfortable and just what we needed to get a good nights rest. The toiletries in the lobby are great and make your skin feel refreshed and moisturized. Breakfast had plenty of diverse options and was worth it for the one night that we stayed.
