Very noisy hotel. You can hear flushing of toilets above and beside the room as if you were in the same room. Little to no sound proofing between rooms. Highway noise is very loud also! Staff is very unhelpful. They do not listen to your requests for additional supplies and when you bring to light issues, they do not address them appropriately. No management on site to deal with issues. Also, a ton of hidden fees!!! When you question the fees, the staff provide inaccurate information and send you running in circles. Issues with internet. Initially told at the desk that’s only 3 devices per room, then throughout the conversation, the device count changed to 4,5,6 devices. Also told if any troubles with devices, we would have to bring all devices to the front desk to aide with connectivity. Huge delays in checking in. Staff even said ‘shhh’ to us when we asked a question at the front desk. Super rude. Self check out at the front desk would be more helpful than the two staff you had on during our check in time. Pool was small considering the room cost and size of the hotel. As for cleanliness, the kitchen table was dirty upon arrival as well as the showers. All in all, LOTS of improvements need to be made on all levels at this hotel before we’d ever visit again!

The rooms and hotel in general are wonderful…the renovations that were done were sorely needed. The pool had a lot of swimmers and it was dirty…hair floating in it, dirty towels laying around and the water was murky. It needed attention. I really wonder if the chemicals in the pool were ok. Breakfast buffet is always a delight ! What we didn’t like were the young adults/children running around the halls , knocking on doors, shrieking at various times during the night. Certainly didn’t appreciate the disturbed sleep…why are the parent / supervisors allowing the lacrosse team to run wild in a hotel!!! I think they were too busy drinking on the patio. Anyways, the behaviour of these children was atrocious …I had to call the front desk after 11:30 pm about this situation and I know other occupants did the same.

Upon checking into the hotel everything was great. When I woke up the next morning and went to go about my day I discovered that someone tried to steal my truck from the parking lot. I no longer felt safe on the property. The hotel makes an effort for you to feel safe when you're within their 4 walls but outside the building on their property then do not. There are security cameras but that's not doing enough.
