Recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Fabulous food at The Hub & over the top great breakfast! Staff very helpful although concierge not around that much. Our room was quite warm for sleeping even though the temperature was quite low. The bathroom sink was slow to empty.

While the location is very convenient it is very busy, noisy and gets dicey within a block or two in the wrong direction. The hotel itself was wonderful as was the staff- exceeded expectations.

Very nice stay

The room was very nice, though we could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat and it was very warm. However, I know if we had asked the staff for help, they would have helped us, as the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing with everything you could imagine, including pick-your-own herbs. The pool was very nice though be warned it is not very child friendly, as it’s pretty deep and small, but I think that would be really nice for adults traveling who don’t want a bunch of kids splashing around. There is a sauna and steam room with plenty of towels. My only gripe with the hotel was that the blackout curtains were not large enough or heavy enough and gapped quite a bit, so I suggest bringing an eye mask if you are traveling in the summer as the midnight sun is unrelenting.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevators were high-tech. The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. It was less than five minutes from the train station, which made it easy to access with the luggage and yet still accessible to all of the interesting downtown activities.

Great Hotel

The room was comfortable. The only minor issues were a broken usb port and a poorly draining shower. I did find the mattress edge tended to dump me off towards the floor so I had to be careful how I sat down on it. The breakfast was incredible. The volume and variety for the buffet can’t be beaten The location is also great. It is directly across the street from the train station so when we got off the train from the airport it was an easy walk. Very helpful when you are wrangling suitcase in a daze from a long overnight flight.

Excellent location by central train station, metro entrance, and crossroads for most main tram lines. Clean, quiet rooms with very comfortable beds and good bathrooms. We stayed here twice while in Oslo and both times had a great view of the busy railway square, opera house, and harbor. Wonderful, helpful staff. Incredible breakfast buffet where we had our main meal every day and serving staff there are excellent. For early bird departures (we left at 6:45 am) they arrange a small buffet selection in the hotel bar starting at 4:30 am. Convenient sauna, steam room, and pool in hotel basement with lockers and showers. Highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay here again while in Oslo.
