The breakfast is very good. The location is fantastic. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Christmas markets with Ferris wheel and ice skating right outside. The staff very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice but there were a few issues: 1. The room was very dark with inadequate lighting. 2. There wasn't anywhere to plug the hair dryer in the bathroom and no mirror in main room. 3. Couldn't see the coffe and tea facilities as very dark. 4. There was no view out of the window, only on to other rooms so no privacy.

Polite staff and a spotlessly clean room. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Most importantly, this hotel is in a fantastic location for sightseeing. The Christmas market is just outside and you can walk to places like the Munch museum or the Royal Palace in ten minutes. The perfect spot for a few days away!.

The food and beverage was excellent the staff was excellent . Location was excellent . Our room face the front of a busy street so it was quite noisy. The room was very compact for two people with luggage. We also feel it was overly warm and had a hard time cooling it off except keeping windows open which made the noise difficult while sleeping.
