At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can still calculate according to and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Clean, spacious stay near town/beach

Located near bike paths, the beach and Prerow's downtown, this semi-detached cottage had plenty of space for our family of four and our two dogs. The cosy, attic loft was a surprise - perfect for an older child. Surrounded by mature trees and other cottages, the unit is well-located as a shady retreat from the heat while near everything you want in Darß. Would definitely stay again!

Ruhige Lage herrlich im Grünen

Kurze Wege in der Umgebung...15 min zur Seebrücke,10 min zum Strand, 3 min zur Fischbratküche (leckeres Essen), 15 min zum ZentrumMit dem Fahrrad durch den nahe gelegenen Darßer Wald, z.B. zum Darßer Ort Alles vorrätig im Ferienhaus um sich Wohlzufühlen!

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben uns nun schon zum zweiten Mal sehr wohl gefühlt in dem gemütlichen und geräumigen Ferienhaus. Die Lage in der Waldsiedlung ist einmalig, in fußläufiger Entfernung sowohl zum Strand als auch ins Zentrum von Prerow. Die Bäder sind etwas veraltet, aber absolut sauber und völlig ausreichend. Unsere Kinder fanden den zusätzlichen Raum im Dachgeschoss zum Spielen und Schlafen klasse. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Villa Sorgenfrei am Waldrand

schön gelegen. Im Sommer ideal temperiert. Sehr gut sind die Fliegengitter, die ruhigen Schlaf gewährleisteten. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet zwischen Ort und Strand, so dass jede und jeder auf seine/ihre Kosten kam. Die Erfahrung lädt ein zu me(h/e)r.

Vier schöne Tage....

Wir haben vier schöne Tage in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbracht. Die tolle strandnahe Lage,die Umgebung und das Haus selbst haben alle unsere Urlaubswünsche erfüllt. Leider hat das verregnete Wetter unsere Urlaubsstimmung etwas getrübt :-( aber die Ausflüge über den Darß waren trotzdem toll. Gern kommen wir wieder!

Schöner Herbsturlaub!

Wir waren zu fünft in Familie hier im Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön, modern und angenehm eingerichtet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet... es könnten mehr als 4 größere Tassen vorhanden sein da die Wohnung ja für 6 Personen gedacht ist. Kleinere Tassen sind zur genüge da aber wer abends gern mal einen schönen Pott Tee trinkt würde sich sicher freuen. Die Betten sind gut, die Kopfkissen ganz schön dick und groß, man kann sie kaum knautschen aber das ist ja alles Geschmackssache. Geschlafen haben wir alle gut! Alles sehr schön, die Umgebung sowieso... herrlich ruhig gelegen und trotzdem in wenigen Gehminuten alles gut zu erreichen. Strand sowie auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kleine Lädchen zum Bummeln. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Besten Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, die Lage ist super. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut, alles da was man benötigt. Das Geschirr war teilweise (wahrscheinlich von Vormietern) verdreckt und wenn Bettwäsche da ist, möchte ich nicht selbst beziehen müssen. Ebenso fände ich Kleinigkeiten wie Badvorleger, Seife etc. sinnvoll, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu gestalten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt, würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Alles Super für ein angenehmen Urlaub

Wir waren zufrieden mit dem Haus und der Ausstattung. Es ist alles da was man zum Leben braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Da wir nun schon etliche Jahre in Ferienhäuser fahren hätten wir ein paar Sachen zur Verbesserung vorzuschlagen- ein kleiner Hausguide ist unsagbar praktisch, eine persönliche Begrüßung mit wichtigen Telefonnummern und Adressen im Ort. Dann Infos zum Haus, also wo ist der Müll abzugeben, wo ist der Schuppen, welcher Schlüssel passt wo. Und am Ende noch ein Gästebuch um einpasst persönliche Worte im Haus für die Nachwelt da zu lassen. Für den Preis in der Hauptsaison ist das machbar denken wir! ;) Alles in Allem ein tolles Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Wir hatten viel Ruhe, viel Meer und viel Sonne!

In allen Kategorien fünf Sterne. Topp ausgestattet, ideal zentral gelegen, sauber. Für körperlich eingeschränkte Menschen ist das erreichen des 3. Schlafzimmers über die Raumspartreppe erschwerlich. Einzige kleinere Mängel: - bauliche Alterserscheinungen (Fliesenfugen lose, rostiger Heizkörper im Bad) - Fernsehgerät defekt (da Urlaub = unwichtig)

Tolle Lage

Hübsches Häuschen in kleinem Wald direkt am Deich auf der wunderschönen Halbinsel Darß. Ausstattung könnte etwas üppiger sein. Bringt Handtücher, Seife, Küchentücher, Spülmittel, Essig & Öl, Kaffee etc. selber mit.
