There is barely signage to see this hotel. When you find it there are two extremely small spots to park for registration. There is no option to pull up out front as this road is extremely busy. The whole area is full of homeless ( not the hotels fault). The hotel is nice but I would not stay again just because of parking and traffic issues

Location is very rough and filled with homeless people. The hotel’s parking is very limited and was full every night. The beds and pillows are not comfortable at all and the sliding bathroom doors lack privacy. Although, the hotel looks aesthetically appealing and is quite new, the location, parking issues and uncomfortable bedding made it difficult to get some rest

Everything was good except the noise in the room. Or should I say coming from outside the room. The walls and windows may as well been made out of paper and air. From the traffic and construction outside to being able to hear the room next door open and close their silding glass door to the bathroom.

The hotel and rooms were advertised bigger with high reviews but the hotel is small on the inside. The rooms are average with only one chair. The bathroom was big but the bathroom door was almost transparent. The downtown area unfortunately had a lot of homeless people but at least there were a lot of choices for food down the street. And a metro grocery store as well

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and taken care of.
