This was a lovely property with a free shuttle to my office that is nearby. This made travel very convenient. My experiences in the dining room for breakfast and the jazz bar for after dinner drinks was excellent. Great food, drinks, and very pleasant service as well. My room was spacious, clean, and modern and had everything I needed. This is an excellent option to meet my work travel needs.

We stayed here when we went to the Jelly roll concert. It was great! Very comfortable bed, beautiful room. Friendly staff. They had a shuttle to the concert which was also great. Will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed at the hotel for a wedding that was held at this venue. Rented a junior suite. Lots of room for visiting with family. Quiet and clean. Some maintenance issues - hot room, fridge didn’t work - staff was attentive to fix the problems. Friendly housekeeping staff. Easy check in and check out.

Booked a one night stay for attending a concert close by. Had to wait in line for over an hour to check in… unsure why this took so long to check people into our rooms. Had to miss dinner reservation because of this. Only plus was hotel offered $15 per person shuttle to and from CTC.

Waited in line for over an hour to check in. Everyone was drinking in the line up. I told my husband to wait in the are with the kids because people were very rowdy. Got to the front of the line not an apology, not an explanation, the only words that were spoke sounded scripted. Not very personable. Staff were not smiling, didnt seem to care, constatnly looking at watches if people were taking to much time. This isnt the first time staying here, but it may be our last.
