It was a quiet stay. However I don't have a credit card. They did accept a debit card. On their website it SHOULD state they don't except cash and SHOULD also state that you need a credit card. As a client it would be nice to know before you show up at the hotel...

Efficient and helpful staff. Very good breakfast options but quite a busy breakfast area on the weekend. The room was clean but hallways were a little dingy. Overall, good value for money.

Would/will stay again.

We have travelled to the Ottawa area a few times with our dog. This location is exceptionally dog friendly. There is a massive lawn for "business" as well as you ae in a very walkable subdivision. The staff was incredibly friendly. The room was clean and has been recently "freshened up". Complementary breakfast is a buffet with the usual suspects.

Property was a great spot to crash, right off the highway. I was quite turned off that after advertising as per freindly, and accepting payment in advance, they asked for another fifty for the dogs to stay as well as taking a damage deposit (which I didn't mind).

Our original room had a musty smell and we later discovered that it was due to the air conditioner leaking. The carpet in front of the air conditioner was wet. We were in a room with two queen beds. The hotel was booked so they only had a room with a king bed available. That meant our son would have to sleep on the pull out couch. They also offered to run a machine to clear the smell from the room. We opted for them to clean the room and switch to another room with two queen beds which would be available the next day. After they cleaned the room it didn’t smell as musty as before but the smell was still there. The carpet was still wet. The hotel manager Richard Lam did his best to accommodate us and provided us with a discount for the two nights that we slept in that room. The new room that we switched to the next day smelt much better and had no issues. The breakfast options were great. All of the staff from the kitchen to the housekeeping to all of the front desk staff, especially Richard were all very friendly and accommodating!

They made us change rooms from queen beds to doubles and from the main floor to the 2nd which was annoying. Room was nice and clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was total chaos.

Ok for a last resort

Not enough towels in the bathroom, very noisy inside and out. The ac unit sounded like generator running in the room.
