I had a very pleasant stay at **Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa East - Orleans by IHG**. The hotel offers great comfort and excellent service. The **restaurant** was especially impressive — the breakfast was delicious, varied, and very well prepared. My **room was spacious**, clean, and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. The **front desk staff were extremely helpful and cooperative**, always ready to assist with a smile. I have just one small suggestion for improvement: in the **bathroom**, it would be very convenient to have a clothes hanger or hook installed on the inside of the door. Overall, this is a very good hotel that I would happily recommend and stay at again.

Staff were all very nice. Breakfast was tasty, the cinnamon rolls especially were fresh and hot. I appreciated having the Level 2 Flo destination EV chargers on site, that was helpful. Room was clean and decent sized. I would easily stay here again the next time we are in Ottawa! Thanks for a great stay.
