Très belle chambre, personnel courtois et gentil. Nous avons fait 2 séjours séparés par 48 heures, pour la même chambre mais avons payé $100 de plus pour la 2ieme nuitée même si l'hôtel n'était pas plein. Pourquoi?

There was no elevator and no one to help. Our keys were canceled 3 times, so we had to go to the desk each time to get them reactivated. The TV was impossible to use, the employee had to come to our room 3 times to get it to the channels we wanted.
