The room was nice and clean. The shower could use an update. The main update that needs to be done is the pool. One the deck is very old and the pool is small. One of the elevators broke down and check out was frustrating.

Perfect for our needs.

Helpful receptionist who actually gave us a better room than I’d booked. Explained parking well. Suite was nice but windows didn’t block out the noise of the building works across the road which continued into the early hours - needed my ear plugs! Otherwise everything else was fine.

Dirty smelly old carpet. What else is there to say? The bed looked clean, that's fine. Everything else, i didn't want to touch. The temperature is adjustable and not noisy, which is important. But the dirty old carpet makes this a 7/10.

Fact that this hotel is like an apartment it makes you feel like you’re at home instead of at a facility where you have to go and order all your food. They had a full functioning, kitchen and separate bedrooms, and living room. It felt like I never left home, this is what I like in a hotel . This is what I will look for when I’m booking. thank you for the hospitality

The hotel is in a great location which is walkable to all the main sites in Ottawa. We took the bus tour of Ottawa and a boat cruise of the Ottawa river. Easy walk to each location

Amazing! Travelled with 5 kids so the space was muchly needed !! Super clean. Easy check-in & out. Poopy though, pool was closed and it was the biggest reason I picked this hotel. Breakfast would have been nice for the price I paid. I also found parking per day a bit expensive as well. Overall solid 9.5/10!!! Will definitely stay again !! ❤️
