It is very good location just beside city hall and confederation park. I can run around canal in the morning. I will choose this hotel next time. staff are all very nice.

The staff were all very friendly, the lobby and room were immaculate and the bed so comfortable. The suite had ample room and it was a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and key sights like parliament. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to come again soon!

Spacious room with full kitchen. No cooking oil, salt or pepper, but lots of pans, dishes and utensils. Very comfortable bed with reading lights. I really appreciated that in the early evening a maintenance person could be sent to change burned out lightbulbs. Close to Elgin St., so lots of food options within quick walking distance. Both surface and underground parking with in-and-out privileges. Underground is very narrow. Overall, a very nice stay. I would book here again.

There was no parking available at the hotel. VERY INCONVENIENT. The girl at the front desk is like a robot. She offered other places to park but the price was astronomical! $36 for overnight parking and I had to walk 5 minutes! There were open spots to park at the hotel but the reception girl said they were for other guests. I called ahead to ensure there was parking available and was reassured that I would have a spot but it wasn't happening upon arriving.
