Easy check-in, accessible, and about a 15 minute walk to Byward Market. The amenities on the 4th floor were family friendly! The staff were all great. I do wish the beds/rooms were bigger, the hotel decor was updated and there was a fan in the washroom. Also, the hotel Starbucks does not participate in the Starbucks rewards program.

The front desk service was amazing, very kind and generous. Gave us vouchers to Starbucks and also helped us when we were in a pinch and desperately needed some Tylenol, they gave some to us. Super appreciated

Location is very good. Parking is expensive $135/day I think Every Ottawa hotel take advantage of this for themselves, and don’t think about customers.

We just got back from a quick family trip to Ottawa. My husband and I went with our young son. We found the location of the hotel perfect, as we were in walking distance to Paliament, Sparks Street and the Rideau Canal. Everything else we needed was easily accessible by car. The hotel had lots of parking and it was easy to come and go as needed. We will definitely stay again, the next time we come back!

The hotel is very old and poorly maintained, the room has humidity bubbles on the wall and the bathtub was painted white at the bottom at some point and is now peeling. Def. Not worth the money we paid.

Perfect location for exploring our nation’s capital. Parking on site allowed us to stay put, walk, use taxis as needed Staff was helpful and considerate. Room excellent. We enjoyed relaxing, using pool, etc after spending day walking and seeing sites before going out to dine. Breakfast (buffet) was excellent!
