A short family trip, we spent the night and had the included breakfast: normal waffle maker, muffins, coffee and bagels. We missed the scrambled eggs. Overall, it was a good and resting night.

When I booked my room, it said indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot springs. There is no indoor pool here at all. Outdoor pool was closed. If I had known ahead of time that there was no indoor pool, I would have booked somewhere else as I'm traveling with my son. Also, I sliced my ankle on a protruding piece of metal on the bed frame which was hidden by the bed skirt. That should not be covered up so people can see it. The gentleman at the desk was pretty rude when I called to tell him about it.im not sure if I would stay here again or use Expedia in the future.

Breakfast on the morning May 3 was a very bad experience. There was little to no warm food. There was no juice. The waffle maker was so messy that it was unusable. And the tables were a complete mess. Crumbs and other messes all over the place.

The room was great. The breakfast was sufficient. The back doir which I was instructed to enter the building was a mess there was an overhead Canon broken and garbage eveywhere. Also the worst part was no elevator and I use a çane to get around very difficult walking upstairs with a suitcase.
